The oven
can be configured to suit a variety
of different applications.

The oven
is built up from a number of baking
chambers enabling both the overall
length and the length of individual
zones be customized.

A wide
variety of fuels can be used
including most types of gases,
diesel, light or medium oils and
electricity.

Different fuel chambers can be
supplied to make a hydride oven.

Dual
fuel burners (optional) can also be
supplied.

An operator
control station is situated on the side of
the oven at delivery end. This includes
all controls for adjusting temperature,
humidity and top to bottom heat distribution
of each zone.

An inspection
door with hand held light in each zone is
standard feature.

All the major mechanical
and electrical components (burner, fan, combustion
chamber etc.) are situated at floor for easy
maintenance.
-
Once under operator
control, start up and shut down sequences are fully
automatic.
-
PLC operated with user
friendly interface through display for recipe
management and other controls.
-
Continuous running of
wire band in case of power failure (optional) to
reduce wastage of products.
-
Standing oven chimney
installed at the end of the oven greatly reduces the
internal temp for the production hall.
