Application:
The machine is required to bake different types of biscuits as per requirement in a continuously traveling operation through convection and radiation heating.

Design:
We manufacture these ovens based on many principals, such as direct heating, forced air heating, indirect heating, cyclotherm type, as per requirement of the product. Different fuel options offered on the ovens are electrical heating, oil fired heating, gas fired heating and oil –cum-gas fired heating. These ovens are always horizontal tunnel and continuous traveling type.

Capacity:
From 1 ton to 5 ton / hr capacity ranging between 800 – 2000mm wide.

Salient Features:
Bottom and top heating adjustable as per product requirement, consistent colour across the band assured, energy saving type, heating control in all zones across the length of the oven.  Automatic moisture control system, automatic band tracking control system, different band designs, PLC controlled.
