Our cyclotherm tunnel type indirect heating oven offers a still, radiant heating system with excellent control. The heat is radiated from a series of lateral tubes mounted above and below the band, which carry the products of combustion from the burner (one per zone) through the baking chamber. This gives the oven its characteristic  bake and also means that the oven can be run on any type of fuel i.e. oil or gas.
