Dosing Systems
Application: These systems comprise auto dosing into the dough mixer machine completely eradicating manual handling of raw material for mass production purposes. Such system also provide precise dosing, keeping production costs under control with process control. Design: Flour dosing application systems comprise pneumatic / mechanical dosing solutions for automatic charging of flour into dough mixers with a pre-set weight. Design depending upon the clients budget and site. Pneumatic lean /dense phase material transfer systems or mechanical systems (screw elevator, bucket elevator) can be supplied.
Capacity: These systems can easily handle flours from 1 MT/hr to 5 MT/hr depending upon the plant’s capacity.
Salient features: All materials are Stainless steel, all pipe line valves are electro pneumatic and are control with HMI/PLC.
Application: These systems comprise preparation and doing of various liquids like syrup, sugar solution, vegetable oil, water, food chemicals etc. used in the industry for pre-set dosing into dough mixer.
Design: Various insulated stainless steel made vessels are provided for preparation / storage purposes with required heating / cooling systems. One dosing tank is also provided for automatic collection of these liquids for weighment and for dosing into the mixer. All these processes are controlled through electro-pneumatic valves.
Capacity: Liquid materials ranging from 500 kg/hr to 3000 kg/hr can be conveniently handled.
Salient features: All equipment is made in stainless steel, all controls through PLC with HMI.
