Application:
This machine is required to strip off the biscuits from the wire band of the oven and to transfer the same either to the cooling conveyor or to the oil spraying unit.

Design:
The Cooling Conveyors are designed according to the ambient temperature and space available after oven. It may be in multiple tiers and turns to save the space in the factory. The biscuits are cooled from top and bottom sides by turning on each tier without disturbing their individual lanes coming out of the oven. The conveyors can be supplied with ‘U’ and ‘L’ type turn tables.
