Preparation Section

This section is involved in initial preparation of raw materials and includes the processes like flour sifting, sugar grinding, syrup preparation, food additive preparation etc.

Application:

The machine is used for sieving flour to remove foreign materials such as insects, sack threads etc. from the flour to make good quality biscuits.

Vibratory type fully automatic including feeding system, all contact parts in Stainless Steel.

The machine is used to grind granule (crystal) sugar into powder form.

Syrup Mixer


Application:

The machine is required to make inverted sugar syrup from crystal sugar. The inverted sugar syrup is added at the time of mixing dough to improve the natural colour and quality of biscuits.

Vertical drum type with motorized agitator and thermostatic heating system, fully automatic including feeding system

 

Capacity:

From 150 ltrs. up to 2000 ltrs. / batch.
