Laminator
Application: The machine is used for making multiple layers of dough laminations for use in the production of laminated products such as Crackers, Hard sweet biscuits. The laminating process gives the products a light, crisp texture, which cannot be achieved in any other way. This cut and lay machine provides laminated dough sheet for making quality products.
Design: We manufacture these dough laminators in vertical design for continuous laminated dough sheet, horizontal type with cut-sheet lamination of dough sheet, compact in design for space saving and low height type for easy feeding.
Capacity: Suitable according to width and length of the ovens, ranging from 800mm to 2000mm wide.
Salient features: All contact parts and side covers made in stainless and with VFD, HMI display controlled by PLC, automatic feeding system is also provided (Optional), precise Servo controlled carriage movement for accurate depositing of dough sheets.

BISCUIT CUTTING MACHINE / CRACKER CUTTING MACHINE
Application: The machine is required to make desired shape of crackers/hard dough biscuits. The gauge rollers which are integral part of to this machine which gradually reduce the thickness of the sheet and then supply the same to the relaxing web. The relaxing web folds and prepares the dough sheet for cutting process.
Design: Horizontal type with 2, 3 or 4 gauge rollers, made of Stainless Steel / Chilled Iron, mirror finish, triple roll sheeter, single or twin cutting roll system, intermediate conveyors with independent speed control, scrap pick-up and scrap-return conveyor, swivel panner web.
Capacity: As per the length and width of the ovens, ranging from 800 to 2000mm wide.
Features: Fully automatic controlled by VFD, HMI display and PLC, all contact parts made in stainless steel, capable to make shape of all types of crackers & hard dough biscuits, pneumatic web tracking control.

ROTARY BISCUIT MOULDING MACHINE
Application: The machine is required to make the desired shape out of the soft dough fed manually or automatically into the machine.
Design: Fully automatic, adjustable forcing & rubber rollers, pneumatic web tracking control, separate speed control for die roll, extraction web and swiveling web, automatic consistent product weight control through servo control system, low height type.
Capacity: As per the length and width of the ovens available size from 800mm to 2000mm upto 5 MT / hr.
Features: Quick die & web changeover design. Fully automatic controlled by VFD, HMI display & PLC. All contact parts in stainless steel.
