The selection of these
units depends upon the product and it’s Quality. Depending upon the
product, option available with us are triple roll sheeter,
vertical/horizontal dough laminator, continuous sheeting or cut piece
followed by Gauge Rollers.
LAMINATORS
Theses and used for making multiple
layers of Dough (lamination) for cutting process for making quality
cracker biscuit these are made in vertical as well as horizontal
configuration by our company.
TRIPLE ROLL SHEETER
The machine is fed with lumps of dough
and machine makes a uniform rough sheet by sheeting at the two stage
especially for hard dough biscuits.
GAUGE ROLL UNIT
This unit is required to reduce the
thickness of dough sheet in stages. The in-feed is through either
laminators or triple roll sheeter and out-feed is to either another
gauge roll or cutting machine through delivery conveyor.
