Syrup Kettle
These machines perform the operation of making syrup from granular sugar for use in biscuit production.  They are made in Stainless Steel for hygiene and cleanness.  They also designed to operate with minimum maintenance.

 

Application:
The machine is required to make inverted sugar syrup from crystal sugar .The sugar syrup thus made gives natural color to the biscuits.
Features:

  • Vertical Drum type.

  • Motorized Agitator.
    Top feeding manual or automatic (Optional).

  • Heating elements with thermostatic control.

  • Auto cut with buzzers.

  • Manual butter fly type valve for discharge.

  • Auto timer.

  • No Gear box, No chain, No belts, No lubrication, hence no maintenance.

  • Contact parts in Stainless Steel.

  • Heavy duty.

  • Power: 14.3 KW.

  • Built in control panel.
