The machine is fed with lumps of dough
and the machine makes a uniform rough sheet by sheeting
at two stages especially for hard dough biscuits.
Operation:

Sheeting thickness can
be adjusted side to side for optimum weight control.

Separate drive to
forcing roll improves process control (optional).

Scrap is on underside of
sheet for quality and consistency.

Speed adjustment
simplified by cascade control system, which
automatically adjusts upstream units.
